What materials do you use in your ring bands?

Our rings feature a diverse range of band materials, including stainless steel, tungsten, ceramic, and titanium. We strive to provide options that cater to various preferences, ensuring a wide selection for our customers.

What is the band width of the ring?

Do you have a warranty and what does it cover?

Yes. Our warranty includes coverage for issues with the inlay. If the inlay becomes scratched due to everyday wear, you can send the ring to us, and we will recoat the inlay, ensuring it maintains its original appearance. In the case of the inlay falling out due to a lack of quality craftsmanship, we will replace the inlay. Please note that all shipping costs associated with these services are the responsibility of the customer.

To ensure the correct size, we strongly recommend verifying your ring size with a jeweler, especially considering the specific width mentioned in the product description. However, we understand that sizing issues may arise. In such cases, we do offer exchanges. If you need to exchange your ring for a different size, please contact our customer care team within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please be aware that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, and the original ring must be returned within the specified 30-day period. Additionally, a 20% fee, based on the original purchase price of the ring, will be applied to cover the exchange process. We appreciate the understanding.

We strive to craft and ship your ring within 14 days of payment. In the event that there might be a longer crafting period, we will notify you promptly to keep you informed. Our goal is to ensure transparency and provide you with the most accurate expectations regarding the production and shipping of your unique ring.

To care for and clean your ring, we recommend a simple hand washing with a mild soap. Gently clean the ring to maintain its luster and overall appearance. It's crucial to avoid using harsh chemicals that may potentially damage the inlay or other components. Our guidance aims to ensure the longevity and pristine condition of your ring, allowing you to enjoy its beauty for years to come.

Are there any variations in color due to the nature of materials?

While we make every effort to capture accurate colors in our ring pictures, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen displays. Additionally, the natural patterns of stones used in our rings may result in hues that differ from the exact representation in the pictures. It's important to note that each ring is custom-made for you using fresh materials, contributing to its unique and personalized nature. If you have specific concerns about color variations, we encourage you to contact our customer care team for further assistance and clarification.

Is there a possibility of sizes running out due to high demand?

Yes, there is a potential risk of sizes running out, although it's relatively small for ceramic, tungsten, or stainless steel bands. However, for specialty titanium bands, availability is dependent on the supplier. If a size becomes unavailable after you've made a purchase due to supplier limitations, we will promptly contact you to inform you of the issue. In such cases, we will offer you an alternative design at a discounted rate. If this option does not meet your preferences, a full refund will be provided. Our commitment is to keep you informed and provide satisfactory solutions in the event of any sizing challenges.

The inlay of our rings showcases a variety of materials. Among the more common options are precious stones, exotic metals, and unique woods. This diversity allows for a personalized touch, ensuring that each ring is as distinct as the wearer's preferences.

The band width of each ring is specified in the product description, typically ranging between 4 and 10 mm. This information is provided to help you make an informed choice based on your preferences and style.

It's important to note that inlay replacement is covered under our warranty for a period of six months. During this time, if you experience any issues with the inlay, such as it falling out due to craftsmanship issues, we will replace it. After the initial six-month period, standard warranty coverage
