What materials do you use for the rings?I use only the highest quality materials, including titanium, gold, platinum, and ethically sourced gemstones. Your ring will be a symbol of both beauty and integrity, lasting a lifetime. A list of materials is found on the request a quote page.

How long does it take to receive my custom ring?The design and crafting process typically takes 1- 2 weeks. We will keep you updated throughout the process, ensuring you are part of every step until your ring arrives.

Can I make changes to my ring after placing an order?Yes, you can make changes within 48 hours of placing your order. Contact me, and I will happily assist you to ensure your ring is perfect.

Do you offer ring resizing?I strongly recommend getting your ring size accurately measured by a professional jeweler before placing your order. This ensures a perfect fit from the start. Check out my ring sizing post. My custom rings are crafted from premium materials that are not easily resizable due to their unique properties. For my American customers, if you know approximately what size your ring finger is, I can send you a set of ring sizers to help determine the perfect size if needed. This option is obviously slower than going directly to the jeweler. If you experience significant changes in your ring size, please reach out to me to discuss potential solutions. While resizing might not be an option, we can explore other ways to assist you. About Professional Jewelers: Professional jewelers have the expertise and tools needed to measure your ring size accurately, ensuring the best fit for your custom ring.
