We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Rocky Maple Ring Company. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your ring, we offer a hassle-free return process within 15 days of delivery.

Returns Procedure
Contact our customer service team at therockymapleringcompany@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your ring to initiate the return process.
Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Return Conditions
The ring must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging intact.
Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving your return authorization.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or were not authorized by our customer service team..
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned ring and verify its condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 14 for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for design preferences. However, if there is a defect or issue with your ring, we will gladly exchange it for the same design or provide a replacement of equal value.
Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery if you believe your ring has a defect or issue.
Return Shipping
All return shipping costs, including any duties or taxes incurred, will be paid by the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your package to ensure its safe return to us.
